Liwan brand is shaped with an Arabic Authenticity to compete with the retail regional operators which expanded the western shopping lifestyle considering the regional culture.

After the 8th anniversary since establishing Amjaad Group, Amjaad Group has already developed a strategic understanding with anchor tenants and retail groups such as Carrefour, Al Meera, Land Mark Group, Al-Jamjoom, AlShaya and many more. They approach Amjaad Group to find locations for them to develop shopping malls and large retail projects with pre-defined sizes.

After finding the potential in the retail real estate sector in Oman, and having the earlier mentioned understandings in our existing and potential retail projects, Amjaad Group has formed its’ own Shopping Mall leasing and property management firm under the name of “LIWAN”.
